We all have been there, wondering why a person one thought was a friend moved on from our lives. Having individuals enter our lives and leave footprints is not only important for ourselves but, also for the social development of children. We gain new friends but, the song always sticks true.

What do friends provide?

Friends are there when family can't be. Friends provide a level of comfort that parents and family members can't. We can confide in them sometimes in ways that family members can't and maybe will just never understand. They make us better and sometimes turn into a family no matter where they are on a map. Family is so much more than blood.
